    Both parents went through them, the staff are good and well trained. Funeral insurance is useful so long it doesn't mature. Mum had a service which was good but they put pressure on you and limit the time you have to speak. Rushed was the feeling I got but staff were good. For Dad we did an unattended cremation, it went well but they returned his ashes with his name spelt incorrectly??? In this hype emotion business, where you pay 1000's for service I find this inexcusable and sloppy at best. No reply to my email as yet. Feel ripped off.

    Recently my brother passed away and we let Creightons handle the funeral. Their staff were very professional and respectful and everything happened perfectly. Palmdale is also a very beautiful place to leave a memorial to my dear brother.
